Trail work is crucial at this time of year — approaching the 27th annual Rachel Carson Trail Challenge in late June. Three Rivers Outdoor is co-hosting this volunteer trail maintenance day with us. We'll meet at 9:00 a.m. at Emmerling Park.
Activities will include miscellaneous trail clean up, obstacle removal, drainage remediation, etc. (Children under 14 must be with a guardian)
Dress for the day with appropriate shoes and your own work gloves. Bring water and snacks for your own needs. Tools will be provided, but you may bring your own loppers, trimmers, hand saw, etc.
