We will be doing stream bank remediation work along Cunningham Run in Indiana Township. Dirt bikes and ATVs have eroded the bank, causing the stream to flow onto the Rachel Carson Trail.
This project will involve moving dirt, rocks, and logs into place to restore the bank. Bring gloves and wear boots, as it will be wet and muddy. We will have a supply of shovels available.
We will meet at a parking area along Saxonburg Boulevard just north of the turnpike bridge and walk about 0.6 miles to the site from there.
