The SkyVew Radio Society is offering free classroom instruction to obtain a Technician-level Ham radio license. These are the folks that provide critical communications during our events. The one-day class will take place on an upcoming Saturday or Sunday. Course materials cost $30, and the fee for the license exam is $14. New radio gear is available for under $200.
